Classroom teachers are beginning to appreciate the long term gains of social emotional learning and are incorporating mindfulness practices into their daily routines. Can P.E. classes realize the same gains? This session will provide participants with a rationale for integrating mindfulness into the P.E. classroom as well as practical strategies to implement immediately.
